Bill lives in Odessa with his wife, daughter, cat and dog. He is owner of Greater Boston Realty and a broker associate at Prudential Tropical Realty in Land O’ Lakes. When he’s not giving clients good advice about real estate, he is delighted to steer readers in the wrong direction with his feature column, Bad Advice. His book, 95 Chances for Love, nears completion. He received an Honorable Mention in the 78th Annual Writer’s Digest Writing Contest for his essay, Hire Education.
Bill has done everything from live television to co-founding a charity bike ride (Cureonwheels.org) to fund research at Moffitt Cancer Center. An avid cyclist, he’s raised over $100,000 for lifesaving cancer research. A believer in education, Bill has also sponsored a writing contest at Martinez Middle School. He is a graduate of Boston University and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Preservation, and Planning.
Prior to humorous personal essays, he wrote Nantucket’s Affordable Housing Problem and Home Selling Secrets.
