I Warned You Not to Touch That

For reasons of professional modesty, I’ve been reluctant to approve the comments of or even disclose, publicly, the full extent of my vast blog following.  The praise and adulation I get from my legions of readers is remarkable and heartfelt.

Comments like:

“I dont know what to say. It is definitely one of many better blogs Ive read. Youre so insightful, have much authentic stuff to bring on the table. I wish that far more folks examine this and get what I got from it: chills. Wonderful employment and wonderful blog. I cant wait to study more, preserve them comin!”

“Chills” is what my virtual friend wants others to get.  Don’t worry, dear reader, I’ll preserve them comin!

Then there was this one:

“This really is the ideal webpage for anybody who would like to understand about this subject. You know a great deal its almost tough to argue with you (not which i truly would want…HaHa). You absolutely place a brand new spin over a theme thats been composed about for years. Fantastic stuff, just wonderful!”

It’s only my concern that I’ll be overwhelmed with similar fans that prevents me from approving their lively commentary.

Moreover, my broadest base of support doesn’t stem from an English speaking country at all.  It’s from Russia.  I’m so appreciative of my loyal Russian readers I searched my soul to find some way to thank them right here on my blog. 

Since I’ve heard they like to drink, what better way to show my gratitude than to toast them.  So…Za vstrechi!  This means “to our meet up.” This is a poor choice if everyone has already met.  On the off chance we did meet one night and I can’t remember, due to excessive vodka consumption, allow me to offer a safer toast.   Za zdorovie!  This means “here’s to health.”  There’s nothing like copious amounts of alcohol to keep you healthy.

If you’re getting ready to leave my blog, let me make one last toast, passashok!  This means, “one for the road.”  Drive safely (безопасно управлять автомобилем), my Russian readers!
